Our Mission

In recognition of the very evident increasingly destructive weather patterns and recent
acceleration in climate change, along with the startling volumes of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions
produced from UK buildings, WYRO Green Homes have worked hard to refine their timber frame
construction home designs with the latest homes featuring renewable energy, EV Chargers, air
source heat pumps, triple glazing, battery storage and much more to build their first Net Zero
Carbon emission homes. Just one average UK home pumping out enough CO2 to fill Wembley stadium above head height in 5 years, while our homes offer the ability to operate comfortably with an output of zero carbon emissions (net)* for a cleaner environment and a cleaner planet.

 

WYRO have been quietly pioneering environmentally friendly open market new build Net Zero
carbon emission homes for the past few years and recently sold the last of their ground-breaking
1, 2 and 3 bedroom properties at their Dolforgan View site in the beautiful village of Kerry, Mid-
Wales, at under £285k each.

WYRO have made a pledge to only build A EPC rated or carbon neutral emission homes in respect of our environment, whilst ensuring we keep some at relatively affordable prices to allow local people to get onto the property ladder in their local communities utilising the extended Help to Buy (Wales) scheme provided by the Welsh Government. WYRO Green Homes are starting to build a range of Net Zero Carbon emission 3 and 4 bedroom homes at their Valley View site in Newtown Powys, the first of which are expected to be completed in Summer 2024.
